Payment Guide

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary by location, device and currency.

Paying by credit or debit card

If card payment is available, select the card option at checkout and enter the requested billing details. The billing address should match the information held by your card issuer.

Paying through PayPal

Select PayPal when it appears as an available payment method. You will be directed to PayPal to review and authorize the payment before returning to veltravial to complete the order.

Using a card without a PayPal account

In some regions, PayPal may offer a guest card option. If available, choose the option to pay with a debit or credit card and follow the instructions shown by PayPal. This option is controlled by PayPal and may not be available for every customer or transaction.

Payment security

Payment details are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. veltravial does not ask customers to send complete card details by email or through the contact form.

If a payment is declined

Confirm that your billing information is correct, check with your card issuer or try another payment method offered at checkout. A temporary authorization may appear even when an order is not completed; timing for its release is controlled by the payment provider or bank.
