These Terms of Purchase apply to orders placed through veltravial.com. Please read them together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.
Product selection
Before ordering, review the product description, materials, dimensions, care guidance and available variants. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct item and option before checkout.
Order submission and acceptance
After checkout, you may receive an electronic order confirmation. This confirms that we received the order; it does not prevent us from cancelling an order affected by payment failure, availability, listing error, suspected fraud or shipping restriction.
Pricing
The price shown at checkout is the product price applicable to the order, together with any displayed shipping charges and taxes. Import duties or local fees may be charged separately by authorities or carriers unless checkout states otherwise.
Payment
Payment methods are shown at checkout and are processed by the selected payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the billing information supplied is accurate.
Fulfillment and delivery
Orders are prepared and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, address issues and events outside our reasonable control.
Order changes
Contact customer care immediately if an order needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Once an order ships, the Returns & Refunds process applies.
Returns and refunds
Eligibility, condition requirements, return instructions and refund timing are explained in our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Product care and normal wear
Jewelry finishes and decorative elements can change through contact with moisture, cosmetics, chemicals, abrasion and normal wear. Follow the care guidance provided on the product page and store pieces separately when not in use.
