Returns & Refunds

We want every veltravial piece to arrive as expected. Please review the conditions below before requesting a return.

Return request period

Contact us within fourteen days of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging and any included components. Items showing wear, scratches, alteration, damage caused after delivery or missing packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount where permitted.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be eligible for return after a hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, except where the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

How to request a return

Email service@veltravial.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging.

Do not send a return before receiving return instructions. The approved return address may differ from the company registration address or the address shown on the parcel.

Return shipping

Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping where required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged or otherwise required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations are only possible before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The clearest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred design or size after your return is approved.
