Shipping

We prepare every veltravial order carefully and provide shipment information when tracking is available.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within up to five business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, address verification or payment review.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery commonly takes ten to twenty business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. These times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions, destination restrictions and order value may affect the available options.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send a shipping confirmation to the checkout email address. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Contact customer care immediately if you notice an error; an address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delays and delivery issues

Customs processing, weather, carrier disruption, local delivery conditions and other events outside our control may delay a parcel. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or an order appears lost, contact service@veltravial.com with your order number.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the item before discarding anything, then contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
